<br /> <br />REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />DATE: 11-25-96 <br />ITEM NO.: C-l <br /> <br />Departmental Approval: <br /> <br />Manager Received: <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br /> <br />~ Consent <br />Item Description: Arthur Mueller request for plat approval at 2224 Acorn Road. <br />(REQUEST WITHDRAWAL) <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Arthur Mueller requests that his application for plat approval at 2224 Acorn Road be <br />withdrawn (letter attached). <br /> <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission, at the November 13, 1996 meeting, unanimously. <br />recommended withdrawal of Arthur Mueller's request for preliminary plat <br />approval for a 6 lot subdivision at 2224 Acorn Road. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that Arthur Mueller's request for plat approval at 2224 Acorn Road <br />be withdrawn as per the attached memo from the applicant. Mr. Mueller will be <br />reapplying when more information is available. It is also recommended the fee be <br />waived for the new application. <br /> <br />Suggested Council Actions: <br /> <br />1.
