CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS, B-2 RETAIL BUSINESS, AND B-3 GENERAL BUSINESS TO B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND FROM B-2 RETAIL BUSINESS TO B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS. WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code ofthe City of Roseville, Bruce Kath, the property owner, filed an application and amended drawings dated 7-18-96, with the City Manager in the form of a wTitten request to rezone certainparcels from B-2 Retail Business, and B-3 General Business to Planned Unit Development, and from B-2 Retail Business to B-1 Limited Business, certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said maner on the 10th day of July, 1996, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and \VHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said maner on the 22nd day of July, 1996 at its regular meeting; and NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDCRE: The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: I. That the Zo.ning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the foHowing described property from, B-1 Limited Business, B-2 Retail Business, and B-3 General Business to Planned Unit Development. Lot 1, Block I, Kath Companies Addition. II. That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property from B-2 Retail Business to B-1 Limited Business. Lot 2, Block 1, Kath Companies Addition.
