EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 22nd day of July, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION APPROVING BRUCE KA TH REQUEST FOR A PRELI;\UNARY A~D FINAL PLAT AT 1912 N. LEXINGTON AVENUE WHEREAS, the property under consideration at 1912 N. Lexington Avenue is 2.18 acres in size and is zoned B-1, B-2, and B-3; and WHEREAS, the applicant has proposed a preliminary plat consisting of 2 commercial lots; and 'WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat at 1912 N. Lexington Avenue on July 10, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council conducted a public hearing on the requested preliminary and final plat on July 22, 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the preliminary and final plat , approval for 1912 N. Lexington Avenue be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Completion of a subdivision development and dedication agreement, reviewed by the City Attorney and approved by the City Manager. 2. Completion of a final plat, signed by the Mayor and City Manager. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same:
