<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 22nd <br />day of July, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BRUCE KA TH REQUEST FOR A PRELI;\UNARY A~D <br />FINAL PLAT AT 1912 N. LEXINGTON AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property under consideration at 1912 N. Lexington Avenue is 2.18 acres in <br />size and is zoned B-1, B-2, and B-3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has proposed a preliminary plat consisting of 2 commercial lots; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary <br />and final plat at 1912 N. Lexington Avenue on July 10, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council conducted a public hearing on the requested <br />preliminary and final plat on July 22, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the preliminary and final plat <br />, approval for 1912 N. Lexington Avenue be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Completion of a subdivision development and dedication agreement, reviewed by the City <br />Attorney and approved by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. Completion of a final plat, signed by the Mayor and City Manager. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
