EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of July, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BRUCE KATH TO CONSTRUCT A GAS STATION/CONVENIENCE STORE/CAR WASH AT 1912 LEXINGTON AVENUE. WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City of Roseville has adopted zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and WHEREAS, said regulations provided that a motor fuel station may be allowed within the confines of a B-2 and B-3 retail zoning district as a conditional use; and WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for a motor fuel station has been requested by Bruce Kath; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of such conditional use permit subject to certain conditions on July 10, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit at a public hearing held on July 22, 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit, rezoning and preliminary plat for a motor fuel station within the B-2 and B-3 zoning districts (pending P.U.D.) be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Exterior materials shall be of one consistent design and finish on all four sides of both buildings, with the predominate material brick, the trim materials being color impregnated break-off block and metal. 2. All drawings dated 6-10-96 are considered part of the conditional use permit.
