That the proposed pedestrian ramp meet ADA and City requirements. <br /> <br />Suggested Action: <br /> <br />By motion, recommend City Council approval of a resolution of approval of a conditional use <br />permit for a restaurant at 2305 Fairview Avenue with the conditions.
