<br />19. For Variance Only: Not Applicable <br />A. Variance is requested rrom the following section of the City Code: <br /> <br />B. State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which does not <br />conform with the City Code: <br /> <br />20. Applicants requesting a rezoning, special use permit, PUD, variance, division of lot, or <br />platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at fifteen (15) days <br />before the scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing, and shall send notices to all of <br />the affected property owners. Affected owners are those listed on the required Abstractor's <br />Certificate. The meeting shall be a time for the applicant to review and explain the proposed <br />development to the owners. <br /> <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-1 through R-8, is listed on the <br />Abstractor's Certificate. This policy does not apply to property proposed for development <br />which is zoned R-1 and will be or continue to be used for single family housing. <br /> <br />Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected property <br />owner: There are no residential properties within the area on the Abstractor's <br />Certificate. <br /> <br />21. Except as noted, the following information must be submitted for all ~plications. <br /> <br />A. Application and Fee <br />B. Abstractor's Certificate listing the NAMES AND ADDRESSES ON LABELS of the <br />owners of the land within 350 feet of the boundaries of the property in question special <br />use permit, rezoning, PUD and comprehensive plan amendment applications is required. <br />250 feet for variance, lot divisions, preliminary/final plat, house relocation, and vacation <br />of right-of-way applications is required. <br />C. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and drainage plan, <br />and exterior building elevation drawings showing building materials is required (1 copy <br />for shoreline permit). <br />D. Reductions of a readable scale of the proposed plan (26 copies). (1 copy only for <br />shoreline permits). <br />E. Narrative - (See attached content requirements). <br />F. Documents as required by the City Planner. <br />
