Line B: From a point on Line A described above distant 596.65 feet Southerly of its point of beginning, run Southerly on said Line A for 100 feet; thence continue Southerly on the last described course for 192.88 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence deflect to the right at an angle of95 degrees 38 minutes 17 seconds for 125.25 feet; thence deflect to the left on a curve having a radius of 100 feet (delta angle 47 degrees 57 minutes 16 seconds) for 83.7 feet and there terminating.
