That a landscape plan be submitted and reviewed by the City <br />Planning staff. <br /> <br />4. That all drawings dated June 4, 1996 are considered part of the <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />5. That violation of the terms and conditions of the Conditional Use <br />Permit shall be considered a violation of the City Code, and may <br />include fines and/or revocation of the permit. <br /> <br />6. That the development shall comply with the six design standards <br />specified in City Code Section I013.01D. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H-8 Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Ryan Companies request to withdraw <br />their application for a Planned Unit Development and/or variance at 2778 N. <br />Cleveland Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that staff be directed to study parking <br />setback standards in Industrial Zoning Districts and prepare a draft ordinance <br />amendment for Planning Commission and City Council consideration in August. <br />Any parking setback should be conditioned on the provision of additional <br />berming, screening, and landscaping. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that staff be directed to prepare a Master <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan for all of Twin Lakes after the BRW <br />transportation and ponding studies are complete. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />I. <br />1-1 <br /> <br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that an ordinance amending City Code <br />Sections 501.05 and 701.03K relating to exemptions for service animals be <br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 12, 1996. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall.
