Rice Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Dlegal temporary storage facilities at Midway Marine (1945 Rice Street) <br /> <br />Dear Mr, Willey: <br /> <br />There are currently two temporary storage facilities that have been displayed on the <br />Midway Marine property. According to our records, you have been warned by our Building <br />Inspectors, City Planner, Chief Code Enforcement Officer and Administration regarding the <br />exterior storage of these storage facilities. <br /> <br />As it has been explained to you in the past, the exterior storage of these units is a <br />violation of Roseville City Ordinance. This department will give you until Friday, July 12, <br />1996 to submit an application for an interim use permit or a conditional use permit for outside <br />storage in a commercial zoning district. <br /> <br />If an application has not been submitted to Roseville's Community Development <br />Department by the above mentioned date, an Administrative Offense ticket will be issued for <br />non-compliance to City Ordinance. <br /> <br />For your convenience, we have enclosed an application for a special use permit and a <br />land use application schedule.
