EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 26th day of August, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RICHARD WILLEY TO STORE AND DISPLAY PORTABLE GARAGE UNITS AT 1945 RICE STREET WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City of Roseville has adopted zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and WHEREAS, said regulations provided that a exterior storage and display may be allowed within the confines of a B-3 general business zoning district as a conditional use; and WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for exterior storage and display has been requested by Richard Willey; and WHEREAS, the RoseviJle Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of such conditional use permit subject to certain conditions on August 14, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit at a public hearing held on August 26, 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit, for exterior storage and display within a B-3 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit shall be for display purposes only. No storage or other accessory use of the portable facilities shall be allowed. 2. All building setback requirements for structures shall be complied with. 3. A site plan shall be filed with the City of Roseville illustrating where the outdoor display will be located, delineating site parking and an organized location for the storage of boats
