CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-l SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County Library, the property owner, filed an application and amended drawings dated 7- 26-96, with the City Manager in the fonn of a written request to rezone certain parcels from R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development, certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City ofRoseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 14th day of August, 1996, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 26th day of August, 1996 at its regular meeting; and NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: The City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: I. That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property from R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development. Section 10, Township 29, Range 23, West 100 feet of South 556.63 feet of East 6 acres and excluding North 101 feet; the West 4 acres all in the Southwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 (subject to roads) in Section 10, Township 29, Range 23. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, this 26th day of August, 1996.
