The property it is located on is designated for civic uses on the City's <br />Comprehensive Land Use Guide Plan and is zoned R-l Single Family. The building is 43,000 <br />square feet in size and is constructed of face brick with anodized aluminum fascia and trim. The <br />library parking lot has 225 parking spaces. <br /> <br /> <br />Library officials are proposing to lease approximately 1,800 square feet of space at the Roseville <br />Branch Library to Dunn Brothers Coffee for a shop providing coffee and coffee related beverages <br />and food to library patrons and the general public. In the R-1 Single Family Zoning District, this <br />retail use is not considered either a permitted use or a conditional use.
