CITY OF ROSEVILLE r' ORDINANCE NO. . . . . . . . . . . . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIIE CITY CODE OF TIIE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 1015.01, 1015.02, 1015.03, AND 1015.04, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R- 1) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD). WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 1015.01, 1015.02, 1015.03, and 1015.04 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone ITom Single Family Residence District (R-l) to Planned Unit Development (PUD), certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City ofRoseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 14th day of August, 1996, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 26th day of August, 1996 at its regular meeting; and NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND TIIE ABOVE PROCEDURE: The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: I. That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property from, Single Family Residence District (R-l) to Planned Unit Development (PUD): Section 10, Township 29, Range 23, West 100 feet of South 556.63 feet of East 6 acres and excluding North 101 feet; the West 4 acres all in the Southwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 (subject to roads) in Section 10, Township 29, Range 23. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, this 26th day of August, 1996.
