Proposed mixed use Planned Unit Development (PUD). <br />2. Uses to include 41,200 square foot library and 1,800 square foot coffee shop. <br />3. Dunn Brothers Coffee will lease 1,800 square feet rrom library in area DQ1 used for <br />overflow book checkout. <br />4. All utilities, parking, and HV AC are adequate to support system. <br />5. Adjustments to site can accommodate additional traffic. <br /> <br />PROJECT ISSUES <br /> <br />1. Only "tool" City codes have to allow mixed uses in PUD. <br />2. Existing drive-through window will be relocated within window opening. <br />3. Drive-through book drop lane will be used for coffee shop drive-through. <br />4. Queuing or stacking of drive-through window traffic will accommodate 3 vehicles at a <br />time; 5 vehicles. <br />5. Hours of operation 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday-Saturday; 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., <br />Sunday. <br />6. Library will generate revenue and taxes from coffee shop <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Planning Commission: <br />Planning Staff: <br /> <br />Approval with 3 conditions on August 14, 1996: <br />Approval with 3 conditions on August 26, 1996. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED ACTIONS <br /> <br />1. Motion approving PUD zoning and plan including mixed use with conditions. <br />2. Motion directing staff to prepare PUD Agreement and to publish the ordinance. <br />
