The coffee shop would
utilize the existing exterior drive way configuration (currently designed for drive-up library
use) for drive-up coffee sales.

The attached floor plan and site plan show the intended reconfiguration which has been
reviewed and agreed to by all parties. Issues relating to exterior and interior traffic flow,
library security, life safety issues, hours of operation, ADA accessibility and library
modifications required as part of the coffee shop addition have each been addressed.

The exterior drive-up window proposed in this plan is to be relocated approximately 12 feet
east of it's current location to better accommodate the interior counter/seating area layout.
This adjustment does not affect the exterior driveway and circulation layout nor the access to
the book drop-off windows approximately 55 feet further east of the relocated drive-up. From
studies and observation by Dunn Brothers, we do not expect more than two autos stacking at
the drive-up window. This is the only modification proposed to the exterior of the library
resulting from the proposed coffee shop component.
