Building Height: Building height shall not be greater than forty five feet (45') in any industrial <br />district. <br /> <br />F. Off-Street Parking: Off-street parking shall be provided as follows in all industrial districts, <br /> <br />1. Size of Off-Street Parking Areas: Space for a single vehicle shall be nine feet by <br />eighteen feet (9' x 18') or larger, provided up to fifty percent (50%) of the required <br />spaces may be not less than eight feet by eighteen feet (8' x 18') when posted "Compact <br />Vehicles Only". Aisles for ingress and egress shall be provided and shall be a maximum <br />of twenty four feet (24') in width. <br /> <br />2. Number of Off-Street Parking Spaces: There shall be two (2) car parking spaces for <br />every three (3) employees necessary to operate a full shift at design capacity or one <br />space for each one thousand (1,000) square feet of floor area, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />The requirements regarding number of parking spaces for industrial warehouse and <br />storage uses, as set forth in subsections 1005.01D21 and 1005.01D2m of this Code, are <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />3. Van Pooling Programs: Where a van pooling program exists for employees of a user of <br />property in an industrial district and such program reduces the need for parking spaces, <br />the number of parking spaces not needed because of such program may be reduced from <br />the requirements of subsection 2 above. Space sufficient to accommodate such reduced <br />number of parking spaces shall be maintained as open space and shall be converted to <br />parking spaces in the event that the program is terminated or if its effectiveness in <br />reducing parking space needs drops.
