Lot Area: Lot area shall be a minimum of one acre in all industrial districts. D. E. Building Height: Building height shall not be greater than forty five feet (45') in any industrial district. F. Off-Street Parking: Off-street parking shall be provided as follows in all industrial districts. 1. Size of Off-Street Parking Areas: Space for a single vehicle shall be nine feet by eighteen feet (9' x IS') or larger, provided up to fifty percent (50%) of the required spaces may be not less than eight feet by eighteen feet (S' x IS') when posted "Compact Vehicles Only". Aisles for ingress and egress shall be provided and shall be a maximum of twenty four feet (24') in width. 2. Number of Off-Street Parking Spaces: There shall be two (2) car parking spaces for every three (3) employees necessary to operate a full shift at design capacity or one space for each one thousand (1,000) square feet of floor area, whichever is greater. The requirements regarding number of parking spaces for industrial warehouse and storage uses, as set forth in subsections 1005.01D21 and 1005.01D2m of this Code, are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Van Pooling Programs: Where a van pooling program exists for employees of a user of property in an industrial district and such program reduces the need for parking spaces, the number of parking spaces not needed because of such program may be reduced from the requirements of subsection 2 above. Space sufficient to accommodate such reduced number of parking spaces shall be maintained as open space and shall be converted to parking spaces in the event that the program is terminated or if its effectiveness in reducing parking space needs drops. Approval and continuation of such reduced parking space plan shall be made by the Inspection Superintendent. G.
