<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9966 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DECERTIFICATION OF <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS <br />NOS. 2,3,4, 14, and 15 <br />OF THE CITYOF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHREAS, the City of Roseville (the 'City") has heretofore created its Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />Nos. 2,3,4, 14 and 15 (the "Districts") within its Development District No.1 (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to cause the decertification of the districts after which all property taxes <br />generated within the Districts will be distributed in the same manner as all other property taxes. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the City's staff <br />shall take action as is necessary to cause the County Auditor of Ramsey County to decertify as of <br />December 31, 2002, the Districts as tax increment districts and to no longer remit tax increments fiom the <br />Districts to the City beginning with taxes payable 2003. <br /> <br />Adopted npl'pmhpr 17, 2001 <br /> <br />//$? <br /> <br />
