No hearing or Planning Commission review is necessary unless the <br />proposal is referred to the commission by the Community Development Director <br />for clarification. The proposed recombination shall not cause any portion of the <br />~isting lots or parcels to be in violation of this regulation or the zoning code. <br />thin thirty (30) days after approval by the City Council. the applicant shall supply <br />a certificate of survey to the Community Development Director and City Manager <br />for review and approval.
