Once you contact the <br />Advance Circuits personnel, we will then respond immediately to resolve the <br />problem. <br />A. We are providing you with the following list of "contacts." These are the <br />supervisory personnel who will be responding to your concerns once you <br />call the specified Pager #. The following people are the ones who will <br />respond to your call, along with the time and days that they are <br />responsible for, followed by their pager number: <br />--Terry Schrupp 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm -#966-2865 <br />--Mark Plott, 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm-l1 pm -#966-9409 <br />--Glenn Nordquist, 3rd shift, Sunday night-Thursday night, 11 pm- <br />7am -#642-3414 <br />--Debbie Holloway, weekend days, 6:am-6:pm -#966-1474 <br />--Kevin Storm, weekend nights, 6:pm-6:am -#908-2295 <br /> <br />These people will respond quick and courteously to any concerns that <br />you may have. <br /> <br />Pledge to our neighbors. we at Advance Circuits are deeply concerned by any <br />problems or disturbances that we cause for you. As such, we are issuing the <br />following: <br /> <br />PLEDGE TO OUR NEIGHBORS <br />Advance Circuits and the Community Relations Committee pledge to our <br />neighbors that we will take any necessary actions needed to improve our <br />relationship with you our neighbors. That if your life is disrupted in any way, we <br />will respond to your concern without delay. And that upon being notified of any <br />problems, we will act to eliminate the problem and notify you in writing, of any <br />actions taken, within 72 hours. <br />
