That the existing water main and easement running between <br />the two buildings be removed and relocated. The Roseville <br />utility Department will approve plans prior to any work <br />being done. <br /> <br />2. That the sidewalk on Terrace Drive be extended westerly to <br />the west property line. <br /> <br />3. That the catch basins at the west driveway be relocated to <br />the new curb and gutter line. <br /> <br />4. That retainer glands be used on all water main plugs. <br /> <br />5. That staff review and approve final plans. <br /> <br />6. That the existing two parcels be combined into one tax <br />parcel. <br /> <br />7. That there be no truck traffic of any kind from the hours of <br />8:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on the north side of the building. <br /> <br />8. That a noise reduction plan be developed to be approved by <br />staff after consultation with neighbors and the company, and <br />after Council review of the plan within 30 days.
