She has looked into the matter and this morning, reported that <br />on that weekend a third shift employee did have problems with a car alarm system <br />wired to the horn being set off on two occasions in one evening. The third shift <br />committee has visited with this employee, have told her to move the car to the <br />front of the building, as far away from residences as possible, and that if it <br />happens again, ACI will tow the vehicle. In addition, a supervisor for ACI truck <br />and equipment drivers have met with these people to once again, reinforce the <br />importance of creating as little noise as possible in the back loading area. A new <br />sign, to this effect, is being painted and will be installed shortly. <br /> <br />A meeting between ACI third shift representatives, Lisa Wilcoxen, and some of <br />her neighbors, and City staff has been scheduled for Thursday, August 29, 1996 at <br />3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in Lisa Wilcoxen's back yard. <br />
