<br /> <br />August 2, 1996 <br /> <br />Dear Property Owner: <br /> <br />A notice for a public hearing was advertised in the Focus Newspaper regarding Advance Circuits <br />Inc./Multiple homeowners request for a 7 foot height variance to construct a 15 foot high fence. <br />City Code allows an 8 foot high fence adjacent to an industrial zoned district. <br /> <br />It has been found that a variance is not necessary because the fence will be constructed at 8 feet <br />high.
