<br />PROJECT NUMBER <br />04-42-18 <br /> <br />WAIVER OF TRESPASS <br /> <br />The undersigned owners do hereby grant to the City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, and its contractor, the right to enter <br />upon said premise described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 15.0 Feet of Lot 6 Block 2 <br />Parranto First Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />For the purpose of constructing and maintaining an eight foot high <br />barrier fence and hereby waive all claim for trespass arising from <br />such construction.
