<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />December 16, 1996 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a temporary tower (COW) for either the <br />Dale Street Fire Station site or the Parkview School site be approved, to last no <br />longer than 120 days with a possible extension of an additional 120 days subject <br />to all tower setback requirements of the code and issuance of a building permit, <br />with the condition that a liability insurance policy in the amount of $600,000 <br />naming the City as an additional insured be required, and a lease be prepared. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: Wiski. <br /> <br />H-3 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, to construe as null and void Resolution <br />8448, a 1989 Rosedale Chevrolet/Mack Truck vacation request of that portion <br />of County Road C-2lying between Long Lake Road and I-35W, because ofthe <br />conditions attached and because the work was never completed or filed with the <br />County. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />TWIN CITY <br />MACK TRUCK <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9364, vacating the north half RESOLUTION <br />ofthe County Road C-2 right-of-way lying east of Long Lake RoadIPartridge 9364 <br />Road and west ofl-35W be adopted subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The 20 foot drainage and utility easement be retained/granted. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the following conditions be attached <br />to the grading/building permit and driveway permit as necessary for making <br />the proposed improvements to the site: <br /> <br />1. That the required deferred assessments must be paid. <br /> <br />2. That the concrete curb and gutter must be installed around the perimeter <br />of the existing and new parking areas. <br /> <br />3. That the driveway entrance on Mack Truck property to the County Road <br />C-2 right-of-way from Long Lake Road must be closed with concrete <br />curb and gutter installed by the applicant. The City will close the <br />Rosedale Chevrolet portion of the C-2 right-of-way. <br /> <br />4. That the applicant must provide an emergency overflow to the proposed <br />ponding in the southeast comer of the property. <br /> <br />5. That the landscape plan as proposed be augmented with boulevard <br />tree planting consistent with the Street Tree Master Plan. <br />
