<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 17th day of December, <br />2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Klausing, Mastel and <br />Kysylyczyn, and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9967 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AGREEING TO REFLECT AN ADJUSTMENT IN ANY <br />FUTURE TAX INCREMENT SHORTFALL GRANT APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Roseville City Council has decertified Tax Increment Districts <br />2,3,4,14, and 15. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota is requiring the City to reflect an adjustment for <br />"missed opportunities" in any application for tax increment debt shortfalls; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City agrees to reflect an adjustment for <br />"missed opportunities" in any application to the State of Minnesota for tax increment <br />debt shortfalls. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Klausing, Mastel and Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against <br />the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
