It is our
understanding that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments include the mapping of Twin Lakes
Parkway Corridor. This designation, as presently proposed, will take a significant portion ofthe Property.
It is our understanding based upon conversations with City Staff that road construction and right-of-way
acquisition may be contemplated some time in the next five to ten years.

It is our experience that such mapping, particularly to an improved ongoing income-producing property
will create "condemnation blight" which will result in a devastating taking and reduction in the value of
the Property. The Property owners have already witnessed an extensive diminution in the value of the
Property by virtue of the previous discussions of the extension of Twin Lakes Parkway and the concept
illustrations on file with the City.
