It is our <br />understanding that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments include the mapping of Twin Lakes <br />Parkway Corridor. This designation, as presently proposed, will take a significant portion of the Property. <br />It is our understanding, bascd upon conversations with City Staff, that road construction and right-of-way <br />acquisition may be contemplated some time in the next three to five years. <br /> <br />As owners of the Property, the Hagens are most concerned about the adverse impact of this designation on <br />the Property. The tenant in the Property, Weyerhauser Corporation, has also expressed concerns about <br />being forced to relocate without sufficient opportunity to avoid business interruption. We have been <br />advised by real estate professionals familiar with industrial brokerage that the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment depicting the mapping of the Twin Lakes Parkway Corridor will render the ability to re-lease <br />the Property virtually impossible. <br />
