<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 1004 and 1010 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City ofRoseville ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 1004 Chapter 1004~02 of the City Code is hereby <br />amended as deleting subsection 1004.02A4 and 1004.02A5 to read as follows: <br /> <br />1004.02 R-l Single-Family Residential Districts: <br /> <br />A. Pennitted Uses: <br /> <br />1. One family detached dwellings. <br />2. Public parks and playgrounds. <br />3. Existing railroad right-of-ways for the movement of through trains but <br />not to include switching, storage yards or sidings. <br />4: ChmGhes, c.oDvents, librmies and Crt} buildings, pro~d~d that 110 <br />sb uc.tnrG OJ building shall be llGarer than tl~ feet (30') to any <br />adjaGent lot in an R District. <br />~ PubliG, privat' and paroc.hial, elcmGntary and secondary schools, <br />~eI siti,s and c.oHeges and ac.tivities op,rated or sponsored by snch <br />institutions pro~dGd that. <br /> <br />a:- The use by e.ducatil'Jnal institntiolls dOGS 110t include donuitories <br />01 roo111mg spaGG for studcnts, and <br />b:- No stI UGtme. or bnilding shaH be nearer than tIti11) fGct (JO') to <br />any adjacent lot in an R DistriGt. <br /> <br />6. "Low impact public or quasi-public uses" as defined in Section <br />1002.02 of this Code, when located in a publicly owned bu ilding or a <br />building which was fonnerly publicly owned and is now owned by a <br />church, provided that no structure or building shall be nearer than thirty <br />feet (30') to any adjacent lot in an R District. In no case shall the total <br />parking needs of low impact public or quasi-public uses on a single site <br />exceed the parking capacity already existing for the building and <br />premises where the uses are located. <br />
