<br />nursery stock, arboretums, and other horticultural uses. Any new <br />building ancillary to agricultural uses shall not exceed five hundred <br />(500) square feet in area, nor be less than fifty feet (50') from a <br />property line. No retail sales or structures for such purpose shall be <br />allowed as an agricultural use. The City Council may grant a permit <br />for temporary greenhouses ancillary to horticultural uses of such <br />property, upon such tenns and conditions as the City Council deems <br />appropriate. The keeping of farm animals shall not be permitted except <br />as allowed in Sections407.02G and 501.21 of this Code. <br /> <br />6. Beauty Parlors and Barber Shops with one operator and which see <br />customers by appointment only, subject to the restrictions of permitted <br />home occupations in subsection 1004.01 G except the City Council may <br />approve the equipment to be used. <br /> <br />7. Funeral Chapels. <br /> <br />8. Moderate impact public or quasi-public uses when located in a publicly <br />owned building or a building which was fonnerly publicly owned and <br />is now owned by a church, provided that no structure. parking. or <br />building shall be nearer than thirty feet (30') to any adjacent lot in a R <br />District, as defined in Section 1002.02 of this Code. <br /> <br />9. Additional parking added to premises for "low or moderate impact <br />public or quasi-public uses", as defined in Section 1002.02 of this <br />Code. <br /> <br />10. Cemeteries. <br /> <br />11. Churches. convents. libraries and City buildings. provided that no <br />structure. parking. or building shall be nearer than thirty feet (30') to <br />any adjacent lot in an R District. Establishment or expansion of this <br />use shall be subject to the design standards requirements of Chapter <br />1010. <br />12. Public. private and parochial. elementary and secondary schools. <br />universities and colleges and activities operated or sponsored by such <br />institutions provided that: <br /> <br />b.
