We recognize that the lots dir~ctly abutting or across the street from your home <br />are currently vacant. However, given the prominence of your location, other neighbOl'S v.rill be <br />affected by your fence. We require that you review your proposal with all existing neighbors on <br />Hillscourte North and at 490 Owasso Hills Drive. <br /> <br />Your proposed fence is approved by the Architectmal Control Committee subject to the <br />following conditions. <br /> <br />1. There are no objections raised by these neighbors. AllY objection is to be brought to <br />the attention of the Architectural Control Committee and satisfactorily resolved prior <br />to the construction of the fence. <br /> <br />2. The fence is to meet all local and state codes. It must either meet setback <br />requirements or be granted an appropriate variance by the City. The fence must be <br />accurately located in relation to the property line and setback lines. especially along <br />the east and west exposures. <br /> <br />3. The fence is to be a maximwn of 6 feet high above grade. <br /> <br />4. The fence is to be a high quality cedar wood fence with overlapping vertical boards <br />installed on alternating sides (commonly refelTed to as board on board).
