MN 55113 <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />Pursuant to my discussion with Dennis Welch on Wednesday, December 11"\ the following is a proposal <br />for American Portable Telecom to set up a temporary antenna site in the City of Roseville <br /> <br />A proposal to set up a self supporting antenna tower at the Fire Station has already been submitted and APT <br />plans to continue moving that proposal along to completion. Due to the time restraints of the PCS System an <br />activation date is scheduled for February of this year. APT is proposing to set up a temporary site <br />s.omewhere withi.n the hig,hl.ighted area.ofth~attached zoning map. <br /> <br />Please let me know of the appropriate steps to follow in accordance with the City code regarding this <br />temporar} site.
