Exhibit

The selected site for the proposed communication tower happens to be owned
by the City of Roseville and is used as a fire station. It is unlikely that the
property values around the site will be affected in any way. Other issues such as
parking and traffic are not a consideration for this type of use. Studies have
proven there are no health issues related with a communication tower and
engineering studies have shown that safety, too is not an issue. Should
environmental factors exceed the tested duribility of the tower, which is over
designed even beyond extreme factors, then the tower will colapse upon itself
and not at a 90 degree angle.

Our expected effect on the comunity is that Personal Communication Service
(PCS), which is new communication technology, will keep the residents of
Roseville in competition with the rest of the world. This tower will allow the
advancement of technology to spread through the Greater Twin Cities area.
