RCA Exhibit D <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />1 <br />th <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 11day of August2014at <br />2 <br />6:00 p.m. <br />3 <br />The following Members were present:____________________________ <br />4 <br />and________were absent. <br />5 <br />Council Member_______introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 <br />RESOLUTION NO.___ <br />7 <br />A RESOLUTIONAPPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION AND AVARIANCE TO <br />8 <br />§1004.08C (IMPROVEMENT AREA) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE AT <br />9 <br />990 COUNTY ROAD B (PF14-017) <br />10 <br />WHEREAS, John Ellering,owner of theproperty at 990 County Road B, which islegally <br />11 <br />described as; <br />12 <br />PID: 14-29-23-22-0002 <br />13 <br />Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 56, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />14 <br />And WHEREAS, Mr. Ellering has applied for approval of a minor subdivision of said <br />15 <br />Tract B into two parcels; and <br />16 <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Councilheld the duly-noticed public hearing for the <br />17 <br />proposed minor subdivision on August 11, 2014 and, after receiving and reviewing the proposal, <br />18 <br />staff analysis, and public testimony, found that the minor subdivision would meet all applicable <br />19 <br />requirements of the subdivision codeand would not compromise the public health, safety and <br />20 <br />general welfare; and <br />21 <br />WHEREAS, Roseville City Code §1004.08C limits impervious surfaces to 30% of the <br />22 <br />area of the subject property;and <br />23 <br />Page 1of 4 <br /> <br />
