conforming parcels and the variance to the impervious coverage limit on Parcel A are <br />63 <br />herebyapproved with the following conditions: <br />64 <br />a. <br />Parcel A shall dedicate 10 feet of right-of-way for County Road B,Parcel B shall <br />65 <br />dedicate 30 feet of right-of-way for Burke Avenue, and drainage and utility easements <br />66 <br />shall be dedicated in conformance with the standards of City Code §1103.04; <br />67 <br />b. <br />Both parcels shall conform to the minimum parcel size standards of City Code <br />68 <br />§1103.06; <br />69 <br />c. <br />The applicant shall complete the Residential Storm Water Permit process to install <br />70 <br />and maintain a storm water BMP to mitigate the excess impervious surface coverage <br />71 <br />of the existing improvements on Parcel A, including the existing shedsor an <br />72 <br />equivalent replacement, if desired,within 30 days of filing the subdivision with the <br />73 <br />Ramsey County Recorder; <br />74 <br />OR <br />75 <br />Combined impervious surface area on Parcel A and Parcel B shall be limited to 30% <br />76 <br />of the total land area after right-of-way dedication (i.e., approximately 7,325 square <br />77 <br />feet), with Parcel A being limited to its existing improvements totaling about 4,700 <br />78 <br />square feet (including the existing sheds or an equivalent replacement, if desired) and <br />79 <br />Parcel B being allowed the remaining 2,625 square feet, more or less; and <br />80 <br />d. <br />If the existing sheds are to be kept with the other existing improvementson Parcel A, <br />81 <br />they shall be relocated within the new parcel boundaries to comply with applicable <br />82 <br />setback and easement requirements. Otherwise, the unused shed(s) shall be removed <br />83 <br />from the property within 30 days of filing the subdivision with the Ramsey County <br />84 <br />Recorder. <br />85 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />86 <br />Member _______and upon avote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor:______ <br />87 <br />and _____voted against. <br />88 <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />89 <br />Page 3of 4 <br /> <br />
