I have since received a copy of the most recent <br />amended and restated development agreement which confirmed the calculation in <br />Section 5.5. <br /> <br />Attached is a summary of the parcels built and amount of park dedication we have <br />received to date. According to our records, Ryan (and/or CSM) owe the City an <br />additional $22,744.80 in park dedication for the completion of projects 1-7. Upon <br />issuance of permits for the remaining sites, $25,049.70 will be due to the City. Please <br />provide record if Ryan (and/or CSM) have already paid any of these fees.
