CSM request for preliminary and final replat and <br />any necessary vacations on 8,35 acres within portions of Lot 1, Lot 2, and <br />portions of Lot 3 Block 1, commonly known as a portion of Centre Potnte <br />Business Park <br /> <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested Community <br />'Development Director Dennis, Welsch to provide a brief verbal summary of his <br />3/26/97 written report and recommendations Welsch explained that the CSM <br />request was made in order to reconfigure three lots into fours lots to provide one <br />lot for each of 2 restaurants clnd 2 hotels, There are no new roads or utilities <br />proposed. There is adequate capacity in underground water and sewer to serve <br />the sites, The storm ponds ar'e being reconfigured to meet the requirements of <br />Rice Creek Watershed. Park dedication would be required, including dedication <br />of the pathway and cash in lieu for the remainder of the dedication, Sidewalks <br />within the right-ot-way -would be required as part of the on-site improvement. The <br />staff recommended approval of the request as presented, <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the location of this new plat as part of <br />the replatting of the site. The Planning Commission agreed that the plat itself <br />met city requirements, <br /> <br />]0 <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />_!~- <br />
