There is adequate capacity in underground water and sewer to serve <br />the sites, The storm ponds ar'e being reconfigured to meet the requirements of <br />Rice Creek Watershed. Park dedication would be required, including dedication <br />of the pathway and cash in lieu for the remainder of the dedication, Sidewalks <br />within the right-ot-way -would be required as part of the on-site improvement. The <br />staff recommended approval of the request as presented, <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the location of this new plat as part of <br />the replatting of the site.
