Windows will be tinted (Ira v 2.lass with bun joints or <br />.... .... - .. .... ~ <br />narrow bullions and finishes in dark bro\\'n. (see enclosed plan and perspectives) <br /> <br />All accessory structures. if any. will match the proposed masonry finishes of the oftlce buildings, <br /> <br />Rooftop mechanical units will bc screened froni line of sight by brick masonry parapet walls. Line of <br />sight studies will be completed and submitted to the City of Roseville for record of compliance. <br />Ground surface mechanical or utility equipment shall be screened from line of sight by landscape <br />material or brick masonry screen walls. <br /> <br />External loading, trash or service areas shall be totally screened from residential and adjacent area <br />views except at dri\'eway access points. Whenever possible, trash and service areas will be contained <br />(within the building perimeter) on the main floor. <br /> <br />Road. driveway and parking lot lighting shall be concealed downcast type fixtures on 30' high poles to <br />match existing conditions. Building entrances and ground signs shaH be ground lit with controlled <br />bean ground lights. Truck dock areas and rear entrances to buildings shall be lit by wall mounted <br />concealed down cast type fixtures.
