Map and <br />1995 traffic counts conducted by Ramsey County for the four-lane undi\'ided <br />segment of Cleveland Avenue. These data are shown in Figure 4. <br /> <br />The data indicate that the four-lane undivided segment of Cleveland Avenue, <br />betv.;een the 1-35\"/ northbound ramps intersection and the County Road D <br />intersection, currently services approximately 7,500 vehicles per day (vpd). <br /> <br />Some of the existing lcmd uses in this area (industrial/manufacturing/ <br />,...'arehouse) generate noticeable \'olurnes of large truck traffic. Previous studies <br />indicate that the truck percentage in this area is near six percent. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />--_..,- <br />
