Minnesota (The "Project") <br /> <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br /> <br />The undersigned hereby certified with respect to the Project as follows: <br /> <br />1. The zoning code affecting the premises is Planned Unit Development under <br />Planned Unit Development #1177 Agreement (Planning File 2880), a copy of <br />which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />2. The Project and its proposed use as a 3-story Residence Inn hotel containing <br />108 rooms will comply with the applicable zoning codes, city ordinances and <br />building, health, fire, sanitation, environmental and energy codes, ordinances <br />and regulations, when constructed in accordance with approved plans. Plans <br />submitted and approved in connection with issuance of Building Permit A97 -340 <br />were consistent with the requirements of the PUD. Compliance of the Project <br />with the foregoing regulations upon completion of construction will be evidenced <br />by the issuance of a final Certificate of Occupancy by the City of Roseville for the <br />Project. <br /> <br />3. There are no variances, conditional use permits or special use permits required <br />for the construction of the improvements on the Premises or its uses except the <br />PUD Agreement referenced in paragraph 1 above. <br /> <br />4. The Premises comply with applicable subdivision ordinances. <br />
