<br />./' <br /> <br />Ordinance Number 1177 <br /> <br />r----.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, CHAPTER 10 (ZONING), BY <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES <br />WITHIN THE CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK FROM A "B-4" BUSINESS ZONE TO <br />A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS ZONE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) and Section 1008 <br />(Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of RoseviJIe, and after <br />the Planning Commission held a public hearing with due notice for Planning File 2880 on <br />March 12, 1997, the following properties are hereby rezoned from "B-4" Business to <br />Planned Unit Development Business Zone No. 1177: <br /> <br />All Jots within Centre Pointe Business Park 2nd Addition and all lots within the <br />original Centre Pointe Business Park Addition except Lot 1, Block 1, and Lot 2, <br />Block 2 of the original plat, Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planned Unit Development standards adopted for this site shall be <br />in addition to all other applicable zoning requirements for this site. <br /> <br />.----, <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
