<br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends vacation of Brenner 3rd Addition easements and right-of-way to <br />allow the subdivision and (or) redevelopment of the Centre Pointe Business Park to <br />proceed. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />At their meeting in March, the Planning Commission held the required public hearing <br />and asked for comment. None was offered.
