<br />-r -I <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 8th day of April, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, Wall and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING THE NON-USED RIGHT-OF-WAY, UTILITY, AND <br />DRAINAGE EASEMENTS AS PLA TIED IN BRENNER ADDITION NO.3. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a <br />public hearing to determine whether or not a portion of said street and easements in the <br />City of Roseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use ofthe surrounding land, <br />it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates all of Brenner Addition No.3, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and <br />upon vote being taken the"teon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Maschka, Wall and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
