Concern with the pathway and the need for ADA accessibility on new
sidewalks

2. The stoplights at "D" and Fairview from the new Oil Change operation
must be hooded or downcast to meet the city code.

3. The parking lot at the Builder's Association either needs a berm to
screen from Cleveland or an evergreen hedge to augment the Amur
maples. Will parking be allowed on the street in overflow periods?

4. MnDOT and the ramps - why didn't MnDOT expand the ramps while
milling and overlaying was being done? (The new overlay has reduced the
noise from the freeway.) .

5. MnDOT and HOV - When will this become a reality if ever. The ramps
are full now, much of the turning movements onto and off the ramps
congest the bridges such as at County Road D.

6. Delivery vehicles are still heard very early in the morning - especially at
Presbyterian Homes - what can be done about commercial deliveries in
residential areas?

7. Why are the zoning map and the Comprehensive Plan maps not in
agreement, south of Freida Schultz home and lot? Why is industrial closer

1
