<br />[ <br />~ <br />L <br />r" <br /> <br />CAPACITY ANALYSIS <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />A capacity analysis was conducted to determine the level of service rating of the major <br />intersections in the vicinity of the proposed site with the additional site-generated traffic. <br />Each of the critical time periods were evaluated to determine potential transportation <br />deficiencies. Capacity analysis techniques outlined in the 1985 Highway Capacity Manual <br />were utilized. AM., P.M., and Saturday post-development traffic from Figures 14, 15, and <br />16 were used in the analysis. Table 10 contains a comparison of post-development levels of <br />service for each proposal. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />!~~ <br /> <br />Recommended ImDrovements <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />The following summarizes the recommendations made as a result of the traffic impact study: <br /> <br />',^ <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Traffic signals are, or will be needed at the County Road D/Cleveland Avenue <br />intersection and the main site entrance off Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />~.1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Cleveland Avenue should be reconfigured as a three-lane section across the site <br />boundaries to County Road D to the north. Exclusive left-turn lanes should be <br />provided northbound and southbound at County Road D and at the main entrance, <br />County Road C2 intersection. <br /> <br />,< <br /> <br />3.
