This review has been focused on addressing the following <br />, two questions: <br /> <br />1) How does the size of the proposed development correlate with threshold sizes <br />defined in State regulations requiring preparation of an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EA W) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)? <br /> <br />2) Are the traffic analyses and plans that have been prepared to date adequate in <br />terms of fulfilling the traffic needs associated with the planned development of <br />Twin Lakes Business Park? <br /> <br />The remainder of this letter is organized as follows: <br /> <br />.
