Steinwall of Fredrickson & Byron, P.A. The <br />letter contains two copies of an application for Indirect Source Permit to construct the Centre <br />Pointe Business Development in the City of Roseville. I will be the lead person for this <br />application. <br /> <br />On or about March 12, 1997, you will be sent a letter informing you as to whether or not the <br />application is complete. If we need more information to process the application, we will also be <br />contacting you before that time. Once the application is complete, the staff will determine if ' <br />standards will be met and a draft permit can be issued. If this is the case, the above letter will <br />contain a date for approximate issuance of the draft permit. No public notice period is required <br />for this project, but staff or the MPCA Citizens' Board can elect to require a notice period or <br />bring the permit issue to the Board if there is sufficient public interest. Either action would result <br />in delay in processing. <br /> <br />Please note that issuing of a final permit is required before project construction can commence. <br />The March 12, 1997, date is an internal date for review of your application only, and should not <br />be construed as the date for issuance of the final permit. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />520 Lafayette Rd.
