I am very concerned that the project has the potential for
significant environmental effects on our neighborhood and community and, therefore, requires
further study and analysis to eliminate or minimize those potential effects. Among the potential
significant environmental effects resulting from the project are impacts to traffic, air quality,
public infrastructure and property values.

Based on the close proximity of Centre Pointe Business Park and Twin Lakes Business Park
and the significant and obvious connections and interrelation between the two projects, I
request that these two projects be examined together through the preparation of an
Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to analyze and study their potential cumulative impacts
to the environment, particularly in the areas of traffic, air quality, and impact on roads and other
public infrastructure. I urge the City to gather additional information to assess the impacts of
these projects on the residential neighborhoods near the projects, including appropriate traffic
and air quality analysis.

I further request and urge that the City of Roseville schedule one or more public meetings, with
reasonable notice to the public, to permit the public to submit additional comment to the Centre
Pointe EAW.

The Centre Pointe and Twin Lakes Business Park projects wiil have long-range impacts to our
community and our neighborhoods. I urge you to carefully and comprehensively review the
potential significant environmental effects from these projects before proceeding with the
projects.

Sincerely,

,

..~;,.t/lJ~~~

.
