Provide a copy of the City of Roseville Year 2010 traffic forecast model to Everest Development on behalf of the City. . Conduct a Supplemental Traffic Impact Study and Air Quality Analysis for the Centre Pointe Business Park Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW). The proposed scope of services, estimated cost for services, and project schedule for each of the elements described above are presented herein. EVEREST DEVELOPMENT TRAFFIC MODEL REQUEST This task included researching the City of Roseville 2010 Traffic Model files to obtain and reproduce the working papers and digital files requested by Everest Development in their February 18, 1997 letter to the City of Roseville. SUPPLEMENTAL TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY AND AIR QUALITY ASSESSMENT The Supplemental Traffic Impact Study and Air Quality Assessment is intended to respond to questions and comments regarding the traffic operations analysis completed as part of the Centre Pointe Business Park Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W).
