I have a preference for the lattice design if that is less obtrusive. 1 also understand that
expansion to the tower will be easier and again less obtrusive with a lattice design.

I just wanted to share my thoughts on this maller and say that it has been a positive learning
experience for me to take part at both the City Council and Planning Commission public hearings.
I know that everyone on the Council has been Laking an aeti ve interest in this project I also know
the council is aware of many of the long tcnn ramifications this project will have both on the
neighborhood and the community at large.

To summarize, I am not opposed to the tower if it can be positioned in the southwest corner of the
property that was idenw1ed at the Planning Commission public hearing. To place the tower where
a house used to be on the site would cause more of an eyesore for the neighborhood. Originally I
understand this was to be the site for the tower.

Sincerely.

;-?~
o/Iy/tj-1-

TOTAL P.01
